And we also wanna talk about, uh, we wanna run the Mark Levin, uh, uh, um, monologue, or.

whatever it was that Trump posted, it's very important to understand. The one thing that I love that Levin said is that. He sidelined Israel, okay? I love that Mark Levin, actually, you know, very pro-Israel, and that's okay, he can be whatever he wants, but, you know, America first. It's interesting that he said, Trump sidelined Israel. Does that make sense to you? It makes sense to me, because actions.

Israel is not at the table, uh, for the Middle East peace deals. Israel's not at the table for the Gaza stuff. Israel's not at the table because Israel doesn't control who, Shady Groove?

It's very interesting, isn't it? Because look at what we're doing. Every single day, we get closer and closer to seeing the inverse messaging, and how the inverse messaging is deliberately there to optically obfuscate. What's really going on? And 9 times out of 10, what they're doing is they're slamming you with the thing that it is that you are actually doing against them that they are opposed to as they're making up some other reason that they're doing it. This is happening right now so much among the InfoWars, the Flynn people, the Don't Vote people, the Badlands people, like all of these, all this nonsense, and this is a. pretty much what, uh, Mark Levin, Mark Levin, whatever, however you say that.

Think about the operation against MAGA right now, guys. Anybody that's telling you not to get out and vote is an operation against MAGA. Anybody that's telling you Donald Trump's going to declare martial law is an operation against MAGA. Anybody telling you that the military is really in control and it's not Donald Trump is against MAGA. They're doing it in different ways. They're making you think they're pro-Trump, and they're making you think that they're following along with the president, but the next thing you know, they're shoving the idea that JFK Jr. is your vice president down your throat in three seconds. And then pretending like everybody goes along with it. This is what the MG show was built to stand up against. We have been here on the wall the whole time, watching all of this stuff happen, and seeing all of these people acting as if they were pro-Trump. You could tell clearly by their commentary and their actions that they really weren't pro-Trump. They were opportunistic. Now, opportunistic to them, Jeff, looks like switching against Trump, because it seems like the tide has turned to them, because they're trying to turn the tide. Meanwhile…

All of my friends and family that supported Donald Trump haven't wavered even an inch. They've tried to throw Epstein at us, they've tried to throw Israel at us, they've tried to throw, uh, that Donald Trump is not deporting people, that, uh, that, uh, that, uh, Marjorie Taylor Greene is saying that Donal. the caravan so that we can generate votes at the polls. Everybody has an optic game they're playing against us, and they're… The thing they're afraid of is us.

So, I wanna, you know, President Trump, you know, just posts videos, and you don't always know what they are, unless you watch them, and a lot of people don't really watch them, but I do, ShadyGov, because I want to find out what my president is telling me.

So, President Trump posted Mark Levin's opening on Truth Social this morning, uh, and Levin's point is very, very simple, okay? And we're gonna watch it. Inflation is not the Iran war, it was already higher under Biden. Before any shot was fired, guys. It was worse under Carter, when there was no war. Defense spending as a share of the GDP is not a problem. Decades of massive domestic spending, redistribution, deficits, and Democrat inflation reduction, in quotes. Climate slush funds are the problem, guys. Gas prices, he's gonna talk about gas prices and how the housing costs hurt, but… and nobody denies that right now. I'm not gonna deny that the gas prices aren't high, because they are, okay? And that there's a, you know, an issue with, you know, the… the, uh… the housing costs, I get it. But treating an extra dollar at the pump, or for a first home payment, like the Great Depression, is historical illiteracy. Prior generations faced a 25% unemployment, collapsing businesses, then a draft of 16 million people and 600,000 dead. They did not debate taco prices, they fought to win. And Iran is a nuclear terror regime, guys. Ending it is not optional. Not only is it the terror regime, Shady, it's the deep state, okay? This is the war. Temporary energy spikes are not a reason to leave the regime standing, guys. Government spending is the disease. Iran is the enemy, and victory is the issue, Shady.

And then victory will be ours. Victory will be victory will be ours because why? Because we are the ones that are fighting to win. Okay? These people are fighting to make you lose. Do you understand that dynamic? These people are fighting.

to make America lose. In other words, every time you win, they light their hair on fire. Every single win is an event of catastrophic proportions. It is an extinction-level event, every single thing that happens. Why? Because they understand. They understand exactly what it is that Donald Trump's doing. and they understand exactly what it is that will happen whenever it gets done. What they want to do is they want to call him a, uh, uh, uh, uh…

All right, so anyways. Okay, thank you. Uh, and let's go into this Shady Groove, because it is a rather long segment, but it is a must-watch, guys. Your president posted this. Now listen up, guys, it's huge. Check it out. Lots of talk about. Oh, lots of talk. Affordability. Or is there? I don't even hear a lot of talk about it anymore, but still, there's a lot of grumbling about it on the internet, there's a lot of people talking about it. And one of the things they're saying is. If you understood the mindset of young people, you would understand what the problem is. They're leaving Trump by… By the zillions. And they expect us to do something to help them. And so you have some people proposing sort of socialism-like. These are from so-called conservatives who've become pseudo-conservatives. The populists, of course, are all over this, because in many ways, they're the socialists. And so more government and more spending, despite the $40 trillion debt going to $50 trillion, and despite at some point the need to do something about Social Security and Medicare, Social Security in six years, say the trustees. is going to lose money and go broke, and in seven years, followed by Medicare. So Washington proposes what Washington's best at. Spending, more debt, redistribution of wealth, stealing from you and the private sector. So let's get into this. I want the Democrats. specifically to answer a few questions. And the media hosts, particularly on these Sunday Network magazine shows or news shows, maybe they'll try asking some actual questions when they have Democrat Party guests. Please specifically spell out your affordability agenda. You raised gasoline prices when Biden was president. How will you lower them when you raised them last time? You raised food prices when Biden was president. How will you lower them when you raised them last time? You raised inflation when Biden was president. How will you lower it when you raised it last time? You raised the cost of living for average Americans.

They won't ask that stuff.

How will you lower it when you raised it last time? You raised healthcare costs when Obama was president. By passing Obamacare. Not a single Republican voted for that. How will you lower it when you raised it under Obama? By expanding it and calling it Medicare for All? Well, they don't have any answers, you know. They'll just say tax billionaires or something like that. But I want to take a little bit of a deeper dive here and talk some turkey with you. People talk about in the 1950s and 60s, people could afford a home, they could afford a car, they had modest incomes. Not anymore. Not anymore, and we need to get back to that. So I looked. The 1950s and 60s, young adults in their early 20s and 30s. Well, they had lower average incomes, more family-based households, and less access to credit. This meant that, while they might have spent a larger share of income on certain categories. like cars or housing, the absolute dollar amounts that they spent were generally lower than today's young adults in their 30s and 40s. Young adults in the 1950s and 60s by today's age had lower total spending than today's young adults in their 30s and 40s due to lower incomes and different economic conditions. Core spending takes up the greatest share of income for the youngest and oldest generations. Core spending. That trend can be explained in part due to changes in income. Peak earning occurs in middle age. Obviously not when you're just starting out, and obviously not when you're retired or retiring. Even in the dollar value of household spending, that goes up as someone approaches middle age. The increase in household income, on average, outpaces the increase in spending. So when you're really kicking into your career, or your business, or whatever it is you're doing. Medical expenses are the smallest percentage of budgets for the youngest adult generation. So they're paying lower than any other generation when it comes to medical expenses. Young adults today are much more likely than their counterparts 30 years ago to be college graduates. But that comes with a cost. College tuition is expensive. Most students want to live away from home and go to schools away from home. So in addition to tuition, you have room and board on top of tuition. That said, those with college degrees over the course of their lifetime. They earn significantly more than those without. Although for many at the start of their career, they have college loan debt and perhaps other debt they've acquired such as cars and credit cards for eating out or vacations that put great pressure on their incomes again when they're starting out. Their incomes are those of junior employees. Young women have made greater gains in attending college than young men. From 1993 to 2023, the share of young women ages 25 to 34 with at least a four-year college degree rose from 23 to 47%. And among young men, the increase was smaller, 24% to 38%. Therefore, the debt spending income scenario could be even more widespread among young women, and especially among single women. So, in other words, much of this has nothing to do with government, nothing to even do with government policies. These are lifestyle decisions. In other words, the benefit for many young people in going to college doesn't actually come until several years or even a decade or more after they graduate. They pay down both student debt and other expenses they've incurred. So in the long run, the degree is typically beneficial. In the short run, depending on lifestyle decisions and spending habits, it can create more financial difficulty. In the 1950s and 60s, fewer Americans went to college. Young people started work early. They didn't make big purchases requiring lots of debt. No student loans, not new cars. They lived more modestly than the types of homes and vehicles they might buy. They ate at home more often than going out to restaurants. They didn't travel as much. So they didn't use airlines, they didn't go to hotels and that sort of thing? Did they drive for a 3-day vacation or something like that?

They didn't drink.

Family expectations were different, and limited consumer goods were available. Goods like sugar and meat were still rationed in the early 1950s, and refrigerators were a luxury for some households. Colored TV didn't even exist for most households. Until starting in the early 60s and beyond. Leisure was often local and low-cost. Kids played outside, not a whole bunch of computers and video games. Clothing was practical and modest. While the 1950s and 60s saw economic growth, many young people's lives were marked by modest living. And so, some young people had brought these circumstances onto themselves. It's not the system. It's not capitalism. It's not even government. We have gotten so good at producing so many consumer products. Leisure products. And so forth and so on, that people want to partake of them. They want to acquire them. But sometimes they outpace their income, particularly when they're young people. Particularly if they go to college. Particularly if they take out student loans. And they live away from home with tuition and board. And all those expenses pile up. I'd say bigger percentage of young people than 30, 40, 50 years ago. And I want to talk about gas prices. We're told that a gallon of gasoline, if we can get the price of gasoline down, we Republicans will win the midterm elections. Gas prices may feel like a record in 2026, but adjusted for inflation. They are not, writes Dr. Randall Olson. We're told gas is the most expensive it has been in years. The war headlines are everywhere. And he says, the record gas prices, it's back in everyone's feed. The pump number stings, but adjust for inflation and the record. evaporates. US gas costs more in 1981. Than it does today. More in 2008 than it does today. Again, inflation adjusted. More in 2022 under Biden than it does today. The number on the pump is near an all-time high. What a gallon actually costs you in real money is nowhere near an all-time high. 2008 is still the one to beat, he writes. The real all-time high was June 2008 at $6.20 a gallon in today's money. 1981 was worse, too. 1981 held the record before 2008, took it. March 1981, regular gas hit. Again, inflation adjusted. Regular gas, $5.32 a gallon in today's dollars. Oh, yes. Even in 2022, a few years back. The most recent peak is the one people remember. When Russia invaded Ukraine, the national average set an all-time record just above $5 a gallon. in June 2022. That was the highest price ever at the pump in plain dollars. Adjusted for inflation, it works out to about $5.50. for a gallon of regular gasoline, still above spring 2026, and still short of 2008. And if you live in California. My son, our son, took a picture of the prices at the pump. They are unbelievable. You got 72 cents a gallon. Sales tax in California, the highest in the nation by far.

other expenses that they add on to gasoline and oil out there. It is nuts. And they want you to blame Trump, and they want you to blame the Iran war, and on and on and on. No. I've said it before, and let me underscore it again. The prices for gasoline, the prices for everything when it comes to energy is higher. Due to what we call. Democrats. What about housing prices? As of June 2026, the last information that is comparative. The inflation-adjusted U.S. home price index is 170.2. Up from 169. in May of this year, but that's 3.8% below the highest. May 2022, that was the record, 176.9. This is the number they use to compare income to housing prices. So the highest it's been was in May 2022, 3.8% higher than it is today. That means that when stripped of inflation, housing prices, they're still near an all time high. And by the way, for investors, they like that. For first-time buyers, they obviously don't, but it's not at the peak that it was under Biden in 2022. I just told you. that gasoline at its peak was higher in the 1980s and highest under Joe Biden. I just told you that housing prices were highest. Highest. Under Joe Biden. But you don't hear this. You don't hear it anywhere, really. The two highest points were 2006, the housing bubble, and 2022, the post-pandemic surge. Now, there's no accounting for what Democrats do in these blue states, in these blue metropolitan areas. Take Mondani, the Marxist-Islamist. Oh, yes. Socialism, he supports. Well, let's take rent control. What does rent control do? Let's think for a second. They lock in rent prices back to a given year or time. Now, people who are renting and are older, they love it. They love it because they're going to have a fixed rental price, whether the landlord likes it or not, whether his or her expenses go up or not, whether utility prices and taxes go up or not. They don't care. It's just wonderland. We love socialism, rent control. But what does that do? It limits the number of units. You have to be nuts. to be a developer and go in and say, you know what, I'm going to build a whole bunch of new rental properties just so I can have rent control at some point. No. Because if a government can put in rent control today, it can put it in tomorrow. That's not Trump's fault. That's not Israel's fault. That's Mandami's fault. That's the fault of the socialists. Who drive up the cost of everything. And not only is. affordability an issue, but availability is an issue. Okay, I want to address another topic before we go to our guests, and that is Iran. I want to be very blunt about this. This is not a war between the United States and Iran, or the United States and Israel versus Iran. This is a civilizational war. You see, we don't quite understand the enemy. We can't seem to get our heads around it. I'm afraid some of our generals can't, some of our advisors can't. This is a civilizational war. Certainly from the perspective of the enemy. Khomeini, in 1979, he was not interested merely in taking over a nation, state, a country. He is spreading an ideology. He's spreading Islam. He seeks to conquer the West. He seeks to conquer, obviously, the entire Middle East. He and his wife. Followers. Israel is a big problem. to that agenda. Because the Jews don't intend to go easily. In fact, they don't intend to go at all. They have a serious military, one of the most powerful on the face of the earth, and certainly one of the most experienced on the face of the earth, because they're facing enemies, they're surrounded day in and day out. We are war-hardened, too, but not in the same way. Not in the same way. My concern is this. We've heard from generals talking about off-ramps. We've heard generals say that we have limited munitions. Whether they've said it anonymously or however. Same with advisors who've said the same thing. They're leaking to the media. We had an MOU that was never going to work. The enemy, you know, they have an agreement and two minutes later they violate it. So we're constantly looking for ways to negotiate our way out of this. You want to end this war? I will give you my best thought on this. I want us to win. I want the administration to succeed. I want my friend, President Trump, to be the greatest president, including wartime president in American history. And what he's done so far is unparalleled. Seven prior presidents you know. chose to do next to nothing. Some of them even subsidized the enemy. Some of them subsidized their nuclear program. The fact is that this president had to act. did act. He couldn't wait. The enemy told his envoy that we could make 11 nuclear bombs in 10 days. Our intelligence said we needed to act, and it was imminent. But it is a civilizational war. You can't contain the enemy, no matter what's negotiated, if it's ever negotiated. The enemy will not comply. The enemy will not agree to anything. The enemy views us as a bump in the road. Whether it's the first tier, the second tier, the third tier, or the tenth tier of this regime. If we want to defeat this enemy, we've got to use all that's available to us to destroy it. That includes arming the Iranian people, as I've said, for half a year. as was the Reagan Doctrine. Now, there may be generals and advisors telling the Commander-in-Chief, no, they're risk-averse, and so forth and so on. There is no effective off ramp. Arming those people with the help of the Israelis who we've sidelined, with the help of Mossad working. Did you hear that? With the help of the Israelis, which we sidelined, okay? I wanted to get to that point, okay? We sidelined Trump.

He is running and gunning, but it was interesting that President Trump posted this, too, because in this clip. They're talking about, uh… So, right now, what is the biggest lie on X right now? Don't vote! Sit it out! Punish them! Right? We don't want to vote! We don't want to help the system! But that's not accountability. And President… they address this in here, guys. Okay? So President Trump is seeing what's going on. Let's just listen, Shady, and I want to get your feedback. Check it out.

By the way, lots of action-oriented, I love it. No PC, I love that too, we can talk about it a little bit later. You know, Ben, uh, we have this very. woke right isolationist element. I won't say within the Republican Party, they seem to hate the Republican Party, but they are of a similar mindset, I remember, of the George McGoverns of old, the similar mindset of the Pat Buchanans of old. and now of the Marxist-Islamists on the hard left. pushing, pushing for isolationism and so forth, and yet, when we look at the Fox survey. Iran is a 4% issue with the American people, so whatever happens in the midterms, it doesn't appear that Iran's gonna drive anything one way or another. What's your take on this? I think that's exactly right. Obviously, there is a contingent who would love to see President Trump do poorly in the midterms, who want Republicans to lose. Some of these people are openly saying they want Republicans to lose, by the way. Some of them are openly standing in favor of the pro-terrorism candidate in Michigan, Abdul El-Sayed. So there are some people who are attempting to destroy the Republican Party from within, in the hopes that they will then be able to sort of take over whatever remains. of the Republican Party. I don't think that it's going to work. You know, when you look at the Iran issue, there's one thing that Americans hate more than anything else when it comes to foreign policy, and it is not foreign conflict. It is losing. It is losing. And the reality is that the president has done yeoman's work in reopening the Strait of Hormuz and putting the United States in a position to really finish off the Iranian regime without having to put boots on the ground. in Iran. The president has to, within his capacity, to essentially finish the Iranian economy with a single bombing sortie over Kharg Island or South Pars. The biggest thing, I think, that is the obstacle right now to just completing that victory is just a matter of decision-making. Does the president actually. believe that a deal is on the table, or does he not? I'm very skeptical the Iranians are ever going to put a worthwhile deal on the table. But as you say, the American people are significantly less interested in any foreign policy issue than they are with how things are going here in the United States. And if the economic numbers continue to boom in the stock market, if they continue to dwell in the unemployment numbers. if the wages increase to keep up with the inflation and inflation drops, then Republicans will do fine in the midterms, and the rest of the presidency will be a success. It really is almost that simple. But I'm hearing the the whispers. I think they're telling the president. They're certainly telling the media. that if we go full bore and finish them off, and I believe that we can go full bore. I just want to leave it there, because they addressed exactly what we've been addressing here. President Trump sees it, okay? You see it. There's, you know, sleepers, once yay, will switch position nay. And we talked about sleepers in the Bloodlines of the Illuminati, right? We talked about that. And it's very interesting that, you know, people… Remember in 2020, Shady, they were telling you not to vote too, okay? If you don't vote, you're handing the keys over to China. For AI. You think they're gonna censor AI? You think China won't censor anything shady, will they?

Dell sets are everything, sir.

And interesting that you bring up that, because, you know, I'll start here by making a point that I wasn't going to make, but I will make it, because you mentioned AI. We have Bill Gates out there that literally yesterday is saying that he's very concerned for you. He's very concerned, because if you continue to develop AI, it's going to end up killing almost over, or maybe even half of you. But interestingly enough, he doesn't want… he wants you gone, because remember, it wasn't but 5 years ago where he was out there, and he was… or maybe 10 years ago, where he was saying that, uh, oh, if we do everything right with our vaccines, we'll be able to reduce populations by 10 to 15%. So why isn't Bill Gates out there advocating for AI to consume you? Oh, wait, and then he says.

China is, uh… China should be left alone, so America should shy away from AI. The mixed messaging is absolutely astonishing. If you ever wondered why your family and friends are so confused they can't even see straight, well, you're seeing part of it here now. Going back, Jeff, to what Levin was saying there about capitalism, he's talking about… you're talking about a group of people, the young people. The young people, I don't think… I don't think young people are as against Donald Trump as a lot of us seem. I think there's a lot of young people out there. that saw Trump through the eyes of Charlie Kirk, and they see something completely different, and they agree with what he's doing with Iran, but a lot of older people don't see that. The young people that are screaming and yelling about how bad capitalism is, isn't it interesting that they're all people that borrowed money and ended up in college? Think about that for just a second. Every single communist Marxist on Earth at some point had some sort of ability to borrow money. before the note was due, and then go have your experience in college and owe the money. There is no better definition of capitalism than that. The idea that you can borrow something that you can't afford, and that you can pay for it later. We've, you know, pretty much kind of invented that here. Produce more than you consume. If you're a human being that produces more than you consume, you don't have any issues. It doesn't matter what things cost. Okay? We've engineered a society that thinks that everything that it consumes should come down to it from government, and that the government gives us the decree. What you're seeing right here is a clear demarcation line between the people that we did not want to listen to to begin with, with all of these InfoWars people and narratives and crap that they're doing right now to attack our president. It's up to us to dig in. and to defend him, uh, to defend Donald Trump's sacred honor. It's our job to do it. Nobody else is going to do it, dude. Nobody.

He added, it's an empty set, and I believe that they are feeling the pressure here, and that that is why they want a deal. The Trump administration has intensified its economic campaign against Tehran since the U.S.-Iran Memorandum of Understanding expired in August. So what we're seeing here, you're seeing right there that they have 15 more barrels of oil that China can possibly buy. They don't have anything else on the ocean. And so they're gonna get 15 million.

And remember, we weren't allowed to go after the ones that were already arriving to port. So there's only one ship left. Once that payment is received into Tehran by China that has to pay for it. His position is that whether a deal comes before November or after November, the objective does not change. No nuclear weapon. No ability to fund terror proxies and intimidate neighbors. Trump is not looking to make this better for now. And I know it's driving Republicans crazy. He knows peace in the Middle East is a pipe dream with this Iran team empowered and emboldened.

That's what I voted for.

He's not managing Iran. He's squeezing them. He's trying to fix, not for now, but forever. And what about munitions? We gotta win wars with munitions. We keep seeing the headlines warning about the capacity of America's defense industrial base. But Trump is the one building up our arsenal. The cowards and traitors would love to say the United States is low on munitions, but that's not true. We have more munitions than we could ever possibly even think of using, and we're building them at levels that we have never done before. In the very near future, massive munition plants. will be opening. There are 18 of them being built by the greatest defense companies in the world right now. 18 under construction. Yes, he's spreading them out. There used to be a big four, now there's 18. Not just for more missiles next month, the capacity to make more missiles. for years. New systems. And that brings us to maybe the biggest long-term challenge of all, AI. The United States is racing China for this technology to transform our economy. It's also fueling our economy now. That's a debate that will outlive this election and this presidency, but… When he hands off the Oval Office, you can be sure we will still be leading the world on artificial intelligence, or, as he calls it, superintelligence. These aren't six-week problems, more like 60-year issues, and the president appears determined not to hand them to somebody else, Democrat or Republican. After decades of feeling as though they had politicians who said, oh, I'll solve this, I'll solve this, then nothing happens. They wanted someone who was gonna go in and break China, and by the way. Uh, just to add a couple of more things to the list that you laid out there, you know, just this week, you had Vice President J.D. Vance come out, say they're taking more than 750,000 phantom accounts off of Obamacare. I mean, this is the fraud that's been sitting there in the United States government for decades. Nobody's done anything about. So, it causes some disruption, I think it leaves some voters feeling unsettled, but stuff is getting done. The other thing is rare earth. He's on a two-year plan to get enough rare earth. He's gonna mine in this country we never should have stopped, but environmentalists had a lot to do with that. But now he's cutting deals with Australia and the Far East and Central and South America. And I'll add something else. He's cleaning up our own hemisphere for the first time, really, in my lifetime. China and Russia are being pushed out. So is communism. Cuba's next. Yeah, it is remarkable. On the rare earth things also think they just netted that Greenland deal, which is one of the biggest sources of rare earths everywhere. And part of that deal says, hey, you can sell it to us, but you can't sell it to our adversaries. That was a big question mark and that's done. Yeah, I mean, this is one of those things that you've done this before. We're in the middle of the play-by-play and you think you understand a presidency. I think we're going to understand his presidency a lot better two or three years out, but we're in the middle of it now. But let me just do something I just told you I wasn't going to do. Let's drill down on November and midterms and let's talk about Alaska. Mary Peltola, nine separate former staffers, came out and says this woman's got a huge attitude problem, a rage issue, correct? Right. And this is a problem for her. Look, I don't know how many committed Peltola voters are going to care that much, but these are the kind of stories when you come out and it says complete mayhem among their staff, people quitting or being fired. It suggests a politician that has a lot of problems. And that matters a lot. You get some of these middle of the road voters, they either decide they don't want that or they just decide they're not interested in going out to vote that day for her. So that's a real depressor when it comes to turnout for her. And I think is a boon for Dan S Sullivan, the actual Dan S Sullivan, the incumbent in the race. I got to read this to you. You're not going to believe it. It's in your rival newspaper. Uh, it says she is, uh, part of a… this is what she said about Planned Parenthood. One of her angry outbursts, slurs, and firings. Tumult rocks a key Senate campaign is the headline. Peltola also disparaged Planned Parenthood, particularly one of its regional board members running for re-election for the 2024 House seat. Peltola was frustrated about the organization's scrutiny of her deliberations over how to vote on a defense bill. She said, quote, I hope Planned Parenthood knows that if we don't win, it's more their loss than ours. F those B's, she later wrote in a text message to her staff. in January 2024 that was viewed, uh, by the New York Times. She also went on to say, uh, Peltola, uh, I hope she dies of a botched abortion. She also had a gay slur and made fun of people with, with maybe. Who are, uh, have mental issues. Yeah, no, look, uh, Mary Peltola has already had some issues up here. Remember, she briefly served, uh, as a House member representing Alaska, um, and that was because, uh, she won essentially because of Alaska's goofy rank choice system, so she essentially won by default. Now, this year, there is a nasty trick going on in Alaska, Brian, where there is this decoy Dan Sullivan candidate who has purely been put clearly been put on the ballot with help from Democrats to try to confuse voters and get them to draw votes away from the incumbent Dan Sullivan. But I think all of this adds up to show the desperation a bit of this campaign and the problem she has when she's trashing on kind of loyal Democratic outside groups. she's got a… she's got a… it shows the frustration and the problems there. Kim, I want to get to Texas real quick, because James Tallarico is leading. Uh, if I look at the latest poll, he's up by 6. That's a mayor's survey. Real crew average up by 3 over Ken Paxson. But when Tallarico's doing a little.

They received grand jury subpoenas in the Fort Pierce grand conspiracy, uh, uh, probe, okay, and filed a motion on a doc… the docket number was 806, seeking clarification of her February order by burying Jack Smith's Volume 2. But they have a dilemma here. They can testify fully and risk contempt. Contempt, right? Or they can hold back and look like they're hiding something, or they can take the fifth. One, two, three, four, five.

And the… and the… And the Fifth Amendment optics are a disaster for innocent, uh, former agents. So, most of these agents were actually terminated by the amazing, uh, Kash Patel, the director of the FBI. And the DOJ has floated immunity, but hasn't formally granted it. So the testimony starts this week in Fort Pierce, guys. And the raid that they ran is under a microscope, but nothing's happening, everybody says. So let's just watch. It is still alive. and so what do we have it's a motion to intervene and to seek clarification on the court order and who is filing this why do we say they're a little bit nervous here is because if you scroll all the way down to this bad boy at to page 18 look what lawyers are back entering the game it is none other than Abbe Lowell that's the same lawyer representing Don Lamon representing Lisa Cook Letitia James same attorney represented Hunter Biden and.

Many others, many Democrats, and in this case, as it relates to voter fraud, was panicking about the seized ballots in Fulton County. So he comes in, and in this matter, he's joined by Mark Zaid, who is another mega leftist lawyer who sues. Who also has ties to Flynn and Stone, Mark Zaid. people and engages on behalf in my opinion of that party so they're here and they're representing the fired FBI agents and the reason this is an interesting one is because they tell us what they've been going through and how confused they are and they don't know what to do now they that they've been served with these delicious subpoenas they say all right these lawyers represent multiple current and former FBI agents and analysts.

who participated in the raid of Mar-a-Lago in Florida now we include people who also participated in the search warrant drafting planning and execution of the raid okay so that's like a big bucket of people now the government the Trump DOJ recently requested and in some cases even subpoenaed some of these FBI folks to provide non-public information about the classified documents to people outside the DOJ okay and like to the grand jury is the people who are not. part of the DOJ. Now, on behalf of all clients, we submit motion about clarity. You issued an order that said we can't talk about this stuff, and now the government is saying we must talk about these things, and what should we do? In other words, can we tell a grand jury about the information that we received? Can we tell our lawyers about the information that we received without violating your order, Judge Cannon? So it's pretty clever, right? They're trying to say, oh, we can't respond to these subpoenas. us to answer questions about our alleged criminality because Canon issued a protective order that blocks us from doing that so now we got to go back to the judge and maybe the judge will say no I don't think she will but maybe she will and it's not like they want to disclose this stuff to the general public it's only to a grand jury that might be useful in indicting somebody like Jack Smith or Merrick Garland or Monaco and many others and the client's own lawyers and so the judge could easily just modify the protective order and say yeah you can tell. grand jury yeah you can tell your clients about it we'll see now they say we've engaged in good faith to resolve this we try not to get you involved in response to concerns that we have the DOJ indicated that they were not going to come to you to seek clarity on this and that we would just be forced to answer these questions and they said it won't disturb this order but they didn't give us any legal authority for that so they say don't worry about it but we're worried about it and so can you help DOJ also failed to provide any factual explanation or legal authority about why we should talk to the grand jury. nor did they provide any explanation for how this position could be reconciled with prior law or understanding that testimony by a former employee in response to a subpoena would violate the order instead they said go file go to Canon they said simply file whatever you want and we'll answer accordingly if you don't want to talk to us we take no position go ask so here's what's happening they say these fired FBI agents many of them are fired I can't speak for all of them we don't even know who they are have a compelling interest in this we don't want to violate your order and we don't want to violate a subpoena since we don't. have any applicable rules here what do we do now as described below we're going to be forced to testify and we don't know if the things we talk about are going to be prohibited so they're going to be asked questions that fall within volume 2 remember Jack Smith wrote volume 1 on the J6 case and volume 2 in this case and could we be held in contempt if we talk what if we talk to the grand jury will that violate it what if we invoke the Fifth Amendment so we don't incriminate ourselves what about that now if we are in contempt or if we don't. Give full testimony to the grand jury. We could be punished. And if we invoke our fifth so we don't talk, that could create negative optics for us. And so what do we do now? The fact that the subpoenas for these agents testimony also places them at the imminent risk of being forced to testify with less than full access to counsel. is another problem. And so what should we do, Judge Cannon? So this is an injury, let us know. Now here's what happened. It's why they're nervous and lawyering up. Between July and August 26, us as lawyers were contacted by representatives of the FBI Miami field office to schedule, quote, voluntary interviews with five clients. They reached out to them and they said, yeah, we want to talk to you. We have an ongoing criminal investigation under two theories, and these are what we thought they would be. 18 U.S. Code 241 and 242, conspiracy against rights. rights and deprivation of rights under color of law there was a broad conspiracy that was going on for a long time and they were acting as agents stripping the president of his constitutional rights so they go oh crap voluntary interviews no subpoenas yet after brief email correspondence several of the undersigned lawyers held a video call with the assigned prosecutor not naming them actually they do Michael Neiman one of the investigating case agents also on the matter is named. not named so the US attorney is called Michael Neiman FBI agent unnamed but he's the special agent in charge assistant in Miami so relevant to this motion we discussed the expected timing of these interviews and the scope of the information prosecutor Neiman also explained that he categorized at least some of those clients as Witnesses though it's unclear exactly what that means what is the status the balance of the undersigned counsel's clients hold so one person might be a witness others might be potential defendants now broadly the government indicated during the call these clients would be able to testify. and be expected to talk about their classified documents investigation. Beginning from the date the matter was referred to the FBI, up through the execution of the search warrant, the raid. In the initial conversations, prosecutors indicated that it intended to first request a voluntary interview down in Fort Pierce, Florida. The day after the voluntary interview, each client would then also testify before a federal grand jury in connection with a grand conspiracy case that was launched against President Trump, within which the FBI's investigation. of his classified documents fits and there was a theory that maybe Trump took with him something that compromised them so the FBI raid was really not about finding classified documents it was about retrieving compromise that would have destroyed them so on Friday September 18th not long ago Council also got an email from the FBI assistant special agent in charge saying the grand jury subpoenas are coming imminently they're going uh-oh on Monday September 21 two specific clients got those subpoenas to come in front of the grand jury and speak. One individual was subpoenaed for testimony during the week of September 28th. That's next week. Two others have been scheduled for the following week. So this thing's getting hot now.
